Sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde, so erfolgt die Lieferung der bestellten Waren auf dem Versandweg an die vom Kunden angegebene Lieferanschrift.Scheitert die Zustellung der Lieferung an Gründen die durch den Kunden zu vertreten sind, so trägt der Kunde die dem Verkäufer hierdurch entstehenden angemessenen Kosten.
Die Boba Brick GbR behält sich das Recht vor, im Falle nicht richtiger oder nicht ordnungsgemäßer Selbstbelieferung vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Dies gilt nur für den Fall, dass die Nichtlieferung nicht von der Boba Brick GbR zu vertreten ist und dieser mit der gebotenen Sorgfalt ein konkretes Deckungsgeschäft mit dem Zulieferer abgeschlossen hat. Die Boba Brick GbR wird alle zumutbaren Anstrengungen unternehmen, um die Ware zu beschaffen. Im Falle der Nichtverfügbarkeit oder der nur teilweisen Verfügbarkeit der Ware wird der Kunde unverzüglich informiert und die Gegenleistung unverzüglich erstattet.
Wir versenden grundsätzlich in die ganze Welt. Wenn Sie Ihr Land in unserer Auflistung nicht finden können, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte und wir werden eine Lösung finden.
Wir versenden Montag bis Freitag innerhalb von 1 bis 3 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang. Die Lieferzeit innerhalb Deutschland beträgt 2 bis 5 Werktage, außerhalb Deutschland 5 bis 24 Werktage. Bitte beachte, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.
Wir berechnen eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 2,50€ wenn der Gesamtbetrag der Bestellung weniger als 4,00€ ist.
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods ordered shall be delivered by dispatch to the delivery address specified by the customer.
If the delivery fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.
Boba Brick GbR reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of incorrect or improper self-delivery. This only applies in the event that Boba Brick GbR is not responsible for the non-delivery and that Boba Brick GbR has, with due diligence, concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier. Boba Brick GbR will make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In case of non-availability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be refunded without delay.
In principle, we ship all over the world. If you cannot find your country in our listing, please contact us and we will find a solution.
We ship Monday to Friday within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 working days, outside Germany 5 to 24 working days. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
We charge a handling fee of 2,50€ if the total amount of the order is less than 4,00€.
